Order

By placing an order through www.ruhania.com, subject to your rights to return or cancel the order, you agree to buy the items in that order at the price indicated plus any applicable duties and taxes. Ruhania has the right in its sole discretion to accept or refuse any order.

We endeavour to represent the products on our website as accurately as possible, however we use natural stones and variances in colour may occur. Image resolutions may also vary depending on your screen specifications.

Information provided concerning stock availability is an estimate only and not a guarantee of immediate availability of the item in question

Your order is only accepted when you receive an email confirming shipment details in respect of the items ordered.

If you have not received an acknowledgement of your order, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Ruhania account.

Payment

Customers have an option to pay online using a visa or MasterCard or alternatively cash on delivery option is available within the U.A.E.

Please note while making a purchase using a credit card using a currency other than AED, the payment will be subject to currency exchange rate applied by your credit card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

Your card will be charged when you place your order. You will be asked to provide your Card Number, Expiry Date, Security Code and Registered Address.

By entering payment details onto our website you represent and confirm that you are legally entitled to pay using those details. Ruhania reserves the right to decline orders without liability and without assigning any reason therefor.

The delivery destination and method of delivery will determine delivery charges and any applicable taxes, customs, duties ‘clearance charges or other impositions, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We endeavour to ensure that prices displayed are correct. However if an error occurs and your order has not been dispatched we will contact you to see if you would like to proceed with the order. If you do not wish not to proceed then we will refund any payment which you have made.

Promotional codes and discount

Promotional codes are valid strictly in accordance with their terms, can be used only once, have no cash redemption value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion.

Order Cancellations

United Arab Emirates Orders:
Normal orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment. To cancel a shipped order, please refer to the Returns section for further information.

Bespoke orders are not eligible for refund or return unless defective.

International Orders:
Once shipped, orders for delivery to an address outside the United Arab Emirates cannot be returned or cancelled unless defective. 

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased on www.ruhania.com and shipped to a UAE address may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.  Items returned for refund or exchange will only be accepted if unworn, unaltered, returned in a re-saleable condition and in original Ruhania packaging.

If you have paid by credit card refunds will be processed via www.ruhania.com by creating an account and emailing customercare@ruhania.com with your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Where appropriate we will provide you with a return authorisation number. Our returns department will accept only packages bearing a valid Return Authorisation Number. Once returned items have been checked refunds in respect of approved returns will be processed.

The cost and risk of Return shipping and insurance lies with the customer.

Shipping

Ruhania offers free shipping within the United Arab Emirates and preferential shipping rates to international destinations.

Ruhania orders are delivered via our courier partner. All packages are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery. Ruhania customer care will be happy to assist you with any special shipping requests.

For your protection, Ruhania customer care may contact you for additional verification and/or information regarding your order. Please note shipping delays may occur if we are unable to contact you. Ruhania does not take responsibility for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the courier company.

Orders placed on www.ruhania.com typically ship within 3-5 business days from the day the order is placed. For urgent or customised deliveries please contact Ruhania customer care.

Jewellery Care

Each piece of Ruhania jewellery is unique as it is handcrafted with natural materials of superior quality. Proper care, when using and handling it, will ensure that it retains its original splendour for many years to come.

Always roll the bracelet on or off your wrist; avoid pulling or tugging on it. Protect your jewellery from knocks and scratches by storing each piece individually in its original Ruhania case or a pochette after use.

We recommend that you do not expose your Ruhania bracelet directly to the following elements: water, especially chlorinated water and seawater; perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, oils and creams; detergents, cleaning agents and chemicals; and extreme temperatures, humidity and harsh constant sunlight. These elements can damage the beads and/or weaken the elastic cord that holds the bracelet together.

To maintain the beauty of your Ruhania jewellery, we recommend that you use mineral oil with a soft, white cloth to clean the beads.

Repairs

Products bought online:
Ruhania ensures highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Jewellery is delicate and in case you require your Ruhania jewel to be repaired please email customercare@ruhania.com. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided with a Repair Authorisation Number, which must be clearly labelled on the package.

Ruhania will repair defective items at no charge within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs required after 30 days will be chargeable. Repairs and related charges will be assessed on an individual basis.

Ruhania only accepts repairs for jewellery purchased on www.ruhania.com.

Repairs for jewellery purchased at one of our stockist must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Gifts

Ruhania makes beautiful gifts for any occasion. Gift cards and gift-wrap are available for all Ruhania purchases. To add gift cards and/or gift-wrap to your order, please visit the shopping Bag upon check out.

All Ruhania purchases come in our beautiful custom designed leather box.
